Project 1573 is the next home A&S is building to sell: a two-story house on a slab with a two-car garage, set on a private, wooded 1.12-acre lot. The lot is cleared, the construction entrance and access drive are in, and framing comes next.

Before a single tree came down, the lot was tested by a certified soil classifier, surveyed in the field and laid out on an engineered site plan. The soils here are well drained, with no seasonal water table within six feet and bedrock at least four and a half feet down. There's no floodplain, stream buffer or wetland on the property, and the septic system is already designed for a four-bedroom home.
